At Jingdezhen Official Ceramic Flagship Store Operation Management Co., Ltd., we take pride in our clear and transparent corporate structure, which reflects our commitment to excellence, cultural heritage, and regulatory compliance both in China and internationally.

Our company is a state-owned enterprise under the Government of China. The ownership structure flows through multiple layers of trusted public institutions and investment groups, ultimately connecting our parent company to its international branches.

The structure is as follows:

1. Jiangxi Provincial Department of Finance
   The highest provincial authority responsible for managing state-owned assets and financial governance in Jiangxi Province.
    
2. Jiangxi Provincial Financial Investment Group Co.
   A provincial-level investment entity tasked with the strategic management of state capital.
    
3. Jiangxi Provincial Administrative and Public Assets Group Co., Ltd.
   Operates as a key management platform for various public and administrative holdings.
    
4. Jingdezhen State-Owned Assets Operation Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.
   Focused on supporting Jingdezhen’s traditional industries, especially ceramics and cultural development.
    
5. Jingdezhen Official Ceramic Flagship Store Operation Management Co., Ltd. (Parent Company)
   This is our main operating entity responsible for the production, management, and international promotion of authentic Jingdezhen ceramics.
    
6. Jingdezhen Official Ceramic Flagship Store Operation Management Co., Ltd. – Dubai Branch (International Branch)
   Our Dubai showroom and regional office, dedicated to sharing Chinese ceramic culture with the world.
    

There are no natural persons who directly or indirectly own more than 10% of the company. Our entity is 100% government-owned. As per international compliance standards, our senior managing official, Mr. Bo Hu, Chairman and Legal Representative, is designated as the Controlling Person for identification and verification purposes.

We maintain a transparent management and operational structure. All information regarding ownership and leadership has been approved and confirmed by our parent company and is available upon request for regulatory and financial institutions.
